01 / How it works

Enquiry to paid,
without the spreadsheet.

The same five steps every job goes through, in one place instead of an inbox, a spreadsheet and a folder of invoices.

  1. 01

    Enquiry

Every enquiry goes on your pipeline with its value and a date to follow up, so nothing is left sitting in an inbox.

  2. 02

    Quote

Send a quote in your name and colours, as a link and a PDF. Your client reads it and accepts it online, and you are told when they do.

  3. 03

    Job

An accepted job becomes a project with its own board of tasks. Log your hours as you go, by the hour or at a day rate.

  4. 04

    Invoice

Invoice what was agreed, a deposit, or the time you logged. Invoices meet UK rules, go out as a PDF, and chase themselves when they are overdue.

  5. 05

    Paid

Record payments as they arrive. The dashboard shows what you are owed, and your figures for the tax year are kept as you go.

02 / Who it helps

Built for businesses
that quote, do and invoice.

If you send quotes, do the work and then chase the money, it will fit. A few of the ways it helps.

Joiners, builders and trades

Quote after the site visit, take a deposit, track the build on a board, then invoice the balance on completion.

IT support and consultants

Log ongoing support by the hour or the day against each client, and turn it into an invoice at the rate you agreed.

Boatyards and marine trades

Run refits that last months, with stage payments, and a page where your customer can see how the work is going.

Design and creative studios

Projects, tasks and feedback in one place, and a clear view of whether a job earned what it was quoted for.

Regular services

Gardeners, cleaners and maintenance contracts: monthly invoices that raise themselves, and a view of your regular income.

Sole traders doing their own books

Expenses, mileage and working from home recorded as you go, with your Self Assessment figures and the tax to put aside.

03 / What is inside

Everything included.
Nothing to bolt on.

Every part comes as standard. You use the parts you need and ignore the rest.

Pipeline and follow-ups

Deals by stage, with values, due dates and reminders. Filters, saved views and a forecast of what is likely to land.

Quotes clients accept online

Line items, monthly or yearly extras, deposits and terms. Branded PDF on the first email, and a record of when they accepted.

Invoices that meet UK rules

Numbered, dated, VAT or “Not VAT registered”. Part payments, credit notes, repeating invoices and polite overdue reminders.

Projects, tasks and time

Boards, a backlog and sprints if you want them. Time logged against tasks, billed by the hour or the day.

Bookkeeping for sole traders

Expenses by HMRC category, mileage at HMRC rates, working from home, drawings, and figures laid out for your tax return.

A page for your clients

Quotes, invoices and project progress on one private page for each client, plus forms that collect their details for you.

Your name, your colours

Your business name and colours on the app, your quotes, invoices and PDFs, and the pages your clients open.

On your phone

Works on any phone and can be added to your home screen like an app, with notifications when something needs you.

Your data, looked after

Stored in London, kept separate from every other business using it, and backed up every night, encrypted, for 30 days.

04 / Getting started

Set up for you.
Not left to you.

Most business software is sold and then left for you to work out. This is set up with you, by the person who built it.

  1. 01

    A call

We talk through how you work today: where enquiries come from, how you quote, how you get paid, and what you want to stop doing by hand.

  2. 02

    Set up for you

Your name and colours, your pipeline stages, your price list and templates. Your existing clients and contacts come across from your spreadsheet.

  3. 03

    Walkthrough and support

An hour going through it with your own examples, then one person to ask when something comes up. No call centre, no ticket numbers.

From £29 a month

One flat monthly price for your team, not per person, with everything included. The setup is a one-off, quoted after a call once we know what you need to bring across.

05 / Questions

Before you book.

Do I need a Drewframe website to use it?

No. It works on its own, alongside whatever website you have. If you do have a Drewframe website, the two can be looked after together.

Can I bring my existing clients across?

Yes. Clients and contacts come across from a spreadsheet as part of the setup, so you start with everyone already in place.

Does it replace my accountant?

No. It keeps your records and lays out your figures, and it exports them in files your accountant, Xero or QuickBooks can use. An accountant is still worth having check your year.

How much does it cost?

From £29 a month, as one flat price for your team rather than per person. Setup is a one-off, quoted after we have talked about what you need.

Where is my data kept?

In London, separate from every other business using it, with nightly encrypted backups kept for 30 days. If you ever leave, your data is exported for you.

Will it work for my business?

The best way to find out is a demo with your own examples. If it is not the right fit, I will say so.
